The Old Glenmark Vicarage in the heart of the Waipara Valley produces two varieties of distinctive fruit, with 4 differnet styles boutique wines. Small quantities of each vintage are handcrafted at our neighbours' winery by a team with a passion for quality craftsmanship, wines of distinction and an impressive list of awards and medals.

The Vicarages' unique label is also one of a kind, a quirky talking point at dinner parties or friends pondering the intriguing family ~ The Wicked Vicar, The Vicars' Mistress, The Divine Daughter, and The Sweeter daughter.

The Vicarages' boutique vineyard was planted in 1999 with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. Hand-harvested grapes from the vineyard are complemented with selected local fruit to create our desired premium blend. The vineyard flanks the entranceway into The Old Glenmark Vicarage and is sited on part of a prehistoric lake-bed with distinctive clay and limestone soils. The Teviotdale Hills provide shelter from the cold easterly winds helping create ideal conditions for producing quality fruit and wines.
